Terms

Website – a website located on the Internet at https://b2bkz.com

User – a person using the Site.

Legislation – the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Personal data – personal data of the User, which the User provides independently during registration or in the process of using the functionality of the Site.

Service(s) – services provided by the Operator on the basis of an agreement.

Data – other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal Data).

All exclusive rights to the Website and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to the Operator in full. The transfer of exclusive rights to the User is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.

If the User does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, he must stop using the Site.

Unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy is the start of use of the Site by the User.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

The Operator collects and stores only those Personal Data that are necessary for the provision of Services by the Operator and interaction with the User.

Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

  • provision of Services to the User;
  • identification of the User;
  • interaction with the User;
  • sending advertising materials, information and requests to the User;
  • conducting statistical and other research;

the operator processes the following data:

  • last name, first name;
  • company name and position;
  • email address;
  • telephone number (including mobile).

The User is prohibited from indicating personal data of third parties on the Site (except for the condition of representing the interests of these persons, having documentary confirmation of third parties to carry out such actions).

Processing Procedure for Personal and Other Data

The Operator undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data” of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the Operator.

With regard to Personal Data and other User Data, their confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the specified data is publicly available.

The Operator has the right to save an archived copy of Personal Data.

The Operator has the right to store Personal Data and Data on servers outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and User Data without the User’s consent to the following persons:

  • state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local government bodies upon their reasoned request;
  • in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in this Privacy Policy in the following cases:

  • the User has expressed his consent to such actions;
  • the transfer is necessary as part of the User’s use of the Site or provision of Services to the User;

The Operator carries out automated processing of Personal Data and Data.

Protection of Personal Data

The Operator ensures proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Law and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal data.

The applied protection measures, among other things, make it possible to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

Other Provisions

This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legislation at the place of registration of the Operator.

Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send the relevant claim to the Operator in writing. The period for responding to a claim is 30 (thirty) working days.

If for one reason or another one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.

The Operator has the right to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time without prior agreement with the User. All changes come into force from the moment they are posted on the Site.

The user undertakes to independently monitor changes in the Privacy Policy by familiarizing himself with the current version.

Comments
